The issues in this proceeding are as to the legality of certain rejected charges for services and disbursements between December 1, 1910, and December 1,1911, against the county of Franklin, contained in the bill of the relator, who was the county clerk of that county. The items which the board of supervisors refused to audit, and of which disallowance the relator complains, are 320 in number, aggregating $811.09, and have been classified in the briefs of the respective attorneys into thirty groups designated by letters of the alphabet, of which the charges of the relator for…
