The accused was convicted of having committed a lewd and lascivious act on the body of a female under sixteen years of age, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge. Intermediate appellate authorities have affirmed the findings and sentence with*189out change.
