On June 28, 2007, petitioner Joan Caves filed a claim for compensation under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-l to -34 (2006) (the Vaccine Act). On November 29, 2010, the special master denied her petition, and this court subsequently affirmed that decision on May 18, 2011. See Caves v.
