Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission v. State Employees Retirement System

On behalf of Charles Thiessen, the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission, the appellant, sued the State Employees Retirement System, the appellee, alleging that certain actions taken by the Retirement System in accordance with the requirements of the State Employees Retirement Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 84-1301 through 84-1331 (Cum. Supp. 1986), violated the Act Prohibiting Unjust Discrimination in Employment Because of Age, Neb. Rev.
