George W. Jolly died testate March 12, 1915, in Mercy Hospital, in the city of Chicago, leaving no widow or children or descendants of children him surviving, and leaving as his only heirs-at-law his brothers and certain nephews and a niece, the appellants. His will purports to have been executed on March 8, 1915. He left twenty acres of land in the State of Arkansas and some money and personal property, amounting in all to about $5000.
