Plaintiffs filed an action in equity for the purpose of quieting title to the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter and the southeast quarter, all in section 20, township 19 north, range 12 east of the sixth P. M., in Washington county, Nebraska, and all legal accretions thereto, which are described by metes and bounds, and alleged that they were the owners in fee simple of all the premises and in actual possession thereof, and alleged that the various defendants to the action were each making some claim to a part of said premises adverse to plaintiffs’ title, and…
