The United States of America appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Hon. Robert W. Sweet, Judge), directing that appellees’ seized business records be returned and suppressed pursuant to Rule 41(e), Fed.R.Civ.P. 1 Roberts v. United States, 656 F.Supp. 929 (S.D.N.Y.1987).
