MEMORANDUM OPINION
W. HOMER DRAKE, Bankruptcy Judge.
This case is before the Court on the plaintiff’s objection to the confirmation of the defendant-debtor’s Chapter 13 plan. The plaintiff’s objection raises the issue of the dischargeability of first and second mortgage obligations imposed on the defendant-debtor pursuant to a June 3, 1982 divorce decree. The parties filed cross-motions for summary judgment on May 26,1983. In its Order dated July 5, 1983, the Court determined that further findings of fact were required.
