Carl Amari was the president of Radio Spirits, Inc., which markets, sells and distributes old-time radio shows and audiobooks and classic videos and DVDs. After Mr. Amari resigned as president of Radio Spirits, he entered into an independent consulting contract with Radio Spirits, which included non-solicitation and non-compete clauses.
