The above matter came on before the undersigned on August 27, 1986, upon defendant’s motions to compel certain depositions of plaintiff’s employees, to compel production of documents over plaintiff’s privilege assertions, to award costs and fees for prior depositions aborted by the assertion of privilege, and to determine whether the law firm of Cozen & O’Connor participated in the pre-litigation aspect of this matter as ordinary claims adjusters or as counsel.
