This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court of the Northern District, Southern Division of California, entered upon the pleadings. The action was brought by the Alien Property Custodian against six American heirs at law of Alvina Wagner, deceased, residents of California, who are appealing from the judgment against them.
