The defendant Charity James has been charged with one count of disorderly conduct (Penal Law § 240.20 [5]) and one count of violating Administrative Code of the City of New York § 10-110 (parading without a permit) arising out of her alleged participation in protest demonstrations during last summer’s Republican National Convention in New York City.
