I. Introduction

In three issues, appellant Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC appeals the trial court’s judgment on the jury verdict for appellee Giovanni Homes Corporation on Giovanni Homes’s breach-of-contract claim and award of attorneys’ fees and argues that Giovanni Homes’s trespass claim cannot serve as an alternative basis for judgment against it.
