STATE of Arkansas, Appellant,

v.

Glen HERRED, Appellee.

No. CR 97-664.

Supreme Court of Arkansas.

March 12, 1998.

Louis A. Etoch, Helena, for appellant.

Winston Bryant, Atty. Gen., C. Joseph Cordi, Jr., Asst. Atty. Gen., Little Rock, for appellee.

IMBER, Justice.

Glen Herred pleaded guilty to a charge of attempted possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a Class A felony. He subsequently filed a petition for relief under Ark. R.Crim. P. 26.1 and 37, which the trial court granted. We reverse and hold that the trial court clearly erred in granting relief.
