Lila McCall (Lila), the appellant here and plaintiff below, sued Patricia McCall (Patricia), Mildred McCall Fike (Mildred), and MCDCO, Inc. (MCDCO), the appel-lees here and defendants below, for declaratory judgment, breach of fiduciary duty, an accounting, the creation of a constructive trust, unjust enrichment, and punitive damages, all arising from a royalty interest dispute. .
