ORDER

Larry Buckley pleaded guilty to distributing heroin, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Because of his prior felony convictions in Wisconsin for victim intimidation and aggravated battery, see Wis. Stat. § 940.44, .45(1), .19(6) (1995), the district court sentenced him as a career offender, see U.S.S.G. § 4Bl.l(a). The court calculated a guidelines imprisonment range of 151 to 188 months based on a total offense level of 29 and a criminal-history category of VI, and sentenced Buckley to 168 months.
