MEMORANDUM OPINION

CHASANOW, District Judge.

Petitioner Devon Brooks filed a pro se motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. 1 Petitioner pled guilty on April 12, 1999, to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. He was sentenced on July 19, 1999, to imprisonment for a term of 198 months, followed by supervised release for five years.
