Brewer v. Commercial Credit Company

N. W. Brewer sued Commercial Credit Company for damages for an alleged trespass in the illegal taking from the plaintiff’s home of a washing machine which had been purchased by the plaintiff from Brown Refrigerating Company at a price of $94.20, on which there was a balance due of $15.60 at the time of the alleged trespass. The court directed a verdict for the defendant and the plaintiff excepted to the overruling of his motion for new trial.
