Deqa Ahmad Haji Ali petitions on behalf of herself and her two sons, Madaar Osman and Isack Osman, for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals’ (“BIA”) denial of their requests for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”). 1 Ali, Madaar, and Isack are all natives of Somalia.
