A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of making a false official statement (2 specifications), involuntary manslaughter by culpable negligence, and disorderly conduct, in violation of Articles 107, 119, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 907, 919, and 934, respectively.
