This action was brought by plaintiffs, People of the State of Illinois for the use of William A. Jones and William A. Jones (hereinafter for convenience referred to collectively as plaintiff or William A. Jones), against defendants, Harry Levitón, United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company and Harry K.
