The defendants in error sued the plaintiffs in error in the district court for certain scandalous and defamatory *740words spoken by the plaintiff in error, Hannab Boldt, of and concerning the defendant in error, Caroline Budwig. The defendants in error as well as the plaintiffs in error are severally husband and wife.
