MEMORANDUM ORDER
PRENTICE H. MARSHALL, District Judge.
In this multidistrict litigation, plaintiff Tennessee Valley Authority (“TVA”) seeks damages from defendants Gulf Oil Corporation and Gulf Minerals Canada, Ltd. (“Gulf”) under § 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1 (1976), which prohibits “[ejvery contract, combination in the form of trust or otherwise, or conspiracy, in restraint of trade .... ” 1 TVA alleges that Gulf was a member of an international uranium cartel which conspired to set the price of uranium at artificially high levels.
