Ward, trustee, Joe Jackson, Jr., and others in the chancery court of the Second district of Tallahatchie county, Miss., seeking a construction of the will of Joe Jackson, Sr., and a reformation thereof to the extent of expressing the intention of the testator in his will with reference to an alleged misdescription of land.
