State v. Boyd

Mark Boyd, Defendant, appeals from the judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of two counts of murder in the second degree and two counts of armed criminal action. We affirm.

I. Background

On February 29, 1996, a school district employee was driving a small school bus in the City of St. Louis carrying disabled students. One of the passengers was 15-year-old Kyunia Taylor, who was six months pregnant at the time.
