National Airlines, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “ National ”) moves for a temporary injunction against *1075the Port of New York Authority (hereinafter referred to as “ the Authority ”), and the latter cross-moves for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
National occupies certain space in the temporary terminal building at Idlewild Airport under a lease from the Authority, dated January 1, 1953, and expiring September 30, 1974.
