—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Harold Silverman, J.), rendered May 14, 1998, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of 4V2 to 9 years, unanimously affirmed.

The existing record, viewed as a whole together with the reasonable inferences that may be drawn therefrom, establishes that defendant was present at robing room discussions with prospective jurors (see, People v Pena, 243 AD2d 337; People v Rivera, 225 AD2d 360, lv denied 88 NY2d 941).
