Plaintiff Weishao “Sherry” Meng (“plaintiff’ or “Meng”) brings this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. (“Title VII”) alleging wrongful termination based on her race/national origin (Chinese) and quid pro quo and hostile work environment sexual harassment. Plaintiff also alleges claims under the New York State Human Rights Law, N.Y. Executive Law § 290, et seq., the New York City Human Rights Law, N.Y.C.
