PER CURIAM.. This is an original proceeding in this court to review an order of the State Industrial Commission denying an award for the death of her son, Henry Charles Jag-gers, to Laura Jaggers, as claimant, against his employer, Newton Barrett Drilling Company, respondent, and its insurance carrier, Tri-State Insurance Company. The parties will.be reférred to-as they appeared before the Commission.-
