This is an annexation case. December 12, 1952, the City of Camden filed petition in the Ouachita County Court to extend its boundaries by annexing two separate areas of land, Area No. 1, contiguous to the City on the west and Area No. 2, contiguous to the City on the south. The two areas are not contiguous to each other. Included in Area No. 2 is an unincorporated community known as Cullendale-Fairview area.
