This is a bill by a vendor of a lot of land at the corner of' Summer and Burns streets in Lynn on which is a three-story frame building, to require specific performance by the defendant vendees. The bill alleged that the parties entered into a written contract, a copy of which was annexed, for sale and purchase for $11,000, of which $200 was paid as a deposit, $8,000 was to be paid by giving the vendor a purchase money mortgage, and the balance of $2,800 was to be paid in cash. The bill alleged that the defendants refused to perform the contract.
