Lovins, Judge;

This suit instituted in the Circuit Court of Wood County by Harry H. Dyke against Lena K. Alleman has a twofold purpose, expressed in the alternative, namely: the cancellation of a deed of conveyance from plaintiff to de fendant; or, the reformation of said deed and the recovery of a decretal judgment from defendant in the sum of twenty-one hundred, sixty dollars.
