OPINION

{¶ 1} In this consolidated appeal, plaintiff-appellant, Camper Care, Inc. ("appellant"), from the judgments of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas that dismissed appellant's administrative appeals.

{¶ 2} On August 24, 2004, a hearing examiner for the Motor Vehicle Dealers Board ("Board") issued a report that recommended appellant's protest against defendant-appellee, Forest River, Inc. ("appellee"), be dismissed. The Board adopted that recommendation on September 29, 2006.
