The order appealed from was made in a civil action brought by Hazel G. Lewis, as administratrix, against Roux Trucking Corporation. It required the district attorney, who was not a party to the civil action, to produce under subpoena duces tecum, “ The typewritten or otherwise written record, and also the stenographic record of the questions asked by Assistant District Attorney Eno, or by any other agent of the district attorney, and the answers made thereto by the witnesses William Rourke and Edward J.
