The issue at bar is whether The Dah-lem Construction Company, a corporation, and its principal owners, appellants Joseph C. Dahlem and Bernard A. Dahlem, have illegally engaged in the practice of architecture contrary to KRS Chapter 323. The trial court adjudged that they had engaged in architecture and issued a permanent injunction prohibiting their so doing in the future. By this appeal that judgment is assailed.
