OPINION
TERRY McCALL, Justice.
State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company appeals from the trial court’s order striking its plea in intervention. We reverse and remand this cause to the trial court for further proceedings.
Background Facts
Shannon Perkins was involved in an automobile accident with Eddie Mike Cooper Jr. on May 22, 2003. Perkins and her minor children were injured in the accident.
