This appeal is from an interlocutory order granting the respondent a divorce from the appellant. The sole question involved is whether the respondent was domiciled in, and a resident of, the state at the time he instituted the action.
The respondent, a chief storekeeper in the Naval service, was born in the state of Utah, and he was domiciled in that state when he enlisted in the Navy in 1919. His residence, at the time of enlistment, was given in his service record as Murray, Utah.
