Appellant Steven Walters brought a negligence action' against William John Heyden to recover damages for personal injuries arising out of an automobile collision.1 Walters then sued appellee Allways Auto Group, Ltd. d/b/a Atascosa Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (“Allways”) for negligently entrusting Heyden with the vehicle involved.in the accident.
