OPINION

{¶ } In this delayed appeal, defendant-appellant, Alan D. Fink, appeals his judgment of conviction and sentence in the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas, following an entry of a negotiated guilty plea to two counts of Rape, two counts of Pandering Obscenity Involving a Minor, and one count of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the lower court.
