Farm & Home Realty, Inc. brought this action in Jackson Superior Court against Roy Howington, Sara Belle Howington and Burrell Taylor. The complaint alleged that the plaintiff was a licensed real estate broker who entered into a real estate listing agreement with the defendant Roy Howington; that the agreement authorized the plaintiff to seek a purchaser for the property described in the real estate listing agreement for a period of 90 days from June 9,1975; that the defendant Burrell Taylor was a customer procured by the plaintiff through the efforts of plaintiffs…
