Appellant was charged with the offenses of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and of being a felon in possession of a firearm. After a jury trial, appellant was found guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm and of possession of drug paraphernalia. Appellant was not convicted of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, but was convicted of the lesser included offense of possession of cocaine, a class C felony.
