MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

JOHN G. HEYBURN, District Judge.

This action arises from Plaintiff Marilyn Harris’s employment with Defendant Burger King Corporation as a part-time cook. Her claims include: racial discrimination, retaliation, and racially hostile work environment, in violation of the Kentucky Civil Rights Act (KCRA); wrongful discharge; promissory estoppel; and negligence. After the close of discovery, Defendant moved for summary judgment on all of Plaintiffs claims.
