OPINION & ORDER

DENISE COTE, District Judge.

Appellants Steven Salsberg (“Mr. Sals-berg”) and his mother Gloria Salsberg (“Ms. Salsberg”) (collectively, the “Sals-bergs” or the “appellants”) appeal from the judgment entered in this adversary proceeding by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (Bernstein, C.J.). They also appeal from the bankruptcy court’s denial of their motion to amend their pleadings. For the following reasons, the decisions of the bankruptcy court are affirmed.
