Plaintiffs Barbara J. Wilson (“Wilson”), Barbara J. Wilson Trust (the “Wilson Trust”), and Joseph Gordon, Jr. (“Gordon”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) made a loan to, and certain investments in, several limited liability companies for the purpose of exploring offshore oil reserves in the Republic of Liberia.
