—Plaintiff, an association of property owners, has filed a 12-count complaint sounding in contract, tort and equity against a developer and six separate legal entities in which he is a participant. The complaint was filed on June 11, 1986, and on July 1, 1986, the individual defendant and three of defendant legal entities filed preliminary, objections. On July 22, 1986, the remaining three defendants filed preliminary objections.
