¶ 1. Patricia M. Klinger, individually and as Special Administrator of the Estate of David A. Klinger, (Klinger) appeals from a declaratory judgment in favor of Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance Company. The declaratory judgment court upheld the underinsured motorist (UIM) reducing clause provisions of the Prudential insurance policy issued to Klinger. Klinger argues that the reducing clause provisions are unenforceable pursuant to Hanson v.
