Defendants appeal from the judgment entered against them after a jury trial on claims of breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and conspiracy to defraud arising out of the plaintiffs’ claims for producer’s royalties on George Jones master recordings produced by Harold “Pappy” Daily. The jury found in favor of plaintiffs, Glad Music Company, the estates of Mr. and Mrs. Pappy Daily, and the two sons of Pappy Daily, and awarded damages (1) for breach of contract against Gusto Records, Inc., G.M.L., Inc.
