Ap-pellee, William LI. Marshall, filed in the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia a bill for divorce a vinculo matrimonii against líela Belle Marshall, his wife, and Charles J. Johnson, corespondent, appellants, charging his wife and corespondent with adultery.
