Introduction

Appellants Michael Moore and Nadine Reese (Defendants) appeal pro se the trial court’s judgment (1) denying Defendants’ motion to set aside a consent judgment and (2) imposing sanctions. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

Factual and Procedural Background

Pursuant to a lease agreement entered in December 2009, Defendants leased a home from Marcy Fuller (Plaintiff). On *289November 27, 2010, Plaintiff filed an action for rent and possession.
