Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (West, J.), rendered January 3, 1989, convicting him of murder in the second degree (two counts), robbery in the first degree, burglary in the first degree, robbery in the second degree, and grand larceny in the fourth degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
